Migrating from Telepresence to Blackbird
If you're transitioning from Telepresence to Blackbird, this guide will help ensure a smooth migration.
Key considerations
- Maintaining compatibility – You don’t need to update your existing scripts immediately. To keep them running as expected, you can create an alias by running:
alias telepresence='blackbird cluster'in your terminal. This allows scripts that rely ontelepresencecommands to continue working while you transition. - Installing Blackbird components – You must install the latest versions of the Blackbird CLI and Traffic Manager.
